Emails from our system are not reaching users with Hotmail and Outlook email addresses. This is because another customer at our hosting company sent spam, which has resulted in the entire network being placed on a particular spam blacklist used by Microsoft. We've contacted Microsoft but the issue is out of our hands.
This isn't the first time this has happened and usually we just have to wait a few weeks until the spam blacklist entry expires.
In the meantime, if you're a new user signing up, use an email other than Hotmail or Outlook, such as GMail.
Existing users with Hotmail and Outlook addresses will not receive email notifications and will have to log into the site to see updates.
